This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you use Your Daily Reset.

Your Daily Reset is a self-service software application for daily reflection, personal development and high performance.

The service is operated by S.W.O.T. training, trading through the Reset Your Life brand. In this Privacy Policy, “Your Daily Reset”, “Reset Your Life”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the application.

1. Information We Process

When you create and use a Your Daily Reset account, we may process information including:

your name and email address;
authentication and login information;
your preferred language and account settings;
your Daily Reset entries and reflections;
gratitude and celebration entries;
focus, learning moments and discoveries;
personal goals;
Insights and Next Steps;
notes and other information you choose to enter;
reminder and notification settings;
subscription information;
technical information required to operate and secure the service.

Because you decide what you write inside Your Daily Reset, some of the information you enter may be personal or sensitive in nature.

Please only enter information you are comfortable storing and processing within the application.

2. Why We Process Your Information

We process personal data where necessary to:

create and maintain your account;
authenticate you and provide secure access;
provide the functionality included in your plan;
save and display your personal history;
process the features you choose to use;
manage your subscription and access rights;
send necessary account and service communications;
deliver reminders and notifications you have enabled;
operate, maintain and secure the application;
comply with applicable legal and administrative obligations.

Depending on the processing activity, the legal basis may include performance of our agreement with you, compliance with a legal obligation, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or your consent where consent is required.

3. Your Reflections and Personal Content

Your Daily Reset allows you to record information about your day, goals, experiences, discoveries, Insights and Next Steps.

Your entries are linked to your account so that you can access your own history and use the functionality of the application.

You retain your rights in the personal content you enter.

We process that content only to the extent necessary to provide, operate and improve the functionality you choose to use, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We do not sell your personal reflections.

4. AI-Supported Features

Some Your Daily Reset plans may include AI-supported functionality.

When you actively use an AI feature, information required for that specific request may be processed server-side. Depending on the feature, this may include selected Daily Reset entries, your personal goal, relevant dates or periods, and other information needed to generate the requested result.

AI-supported features may help generate or explore reflections, Insights, questions, steps or periodic reviews.

Where required, Your Daily Reset asks for your consent before personal information is processed through an AI-supported feature. Where the functionality allows it, you can withdraw that consent for future AI processing.

Generated results may be stored within your account when this is part of the feature you use.

Technical information about an AI request may also be recorded for operational purposes, such as the model used, request status, processing time and time of the request.

AI-generated information is automated output. It may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your individual circumstances and should be evaluated accordingly.

5. Hosting, Database and Technical Providers

Your Daily Reset uses Lovable Cloud and connected Supabase infrastructure for functionality including authentication, data storage and controlled access to account data.

AI functionality may use the Lovable AI Gateway and the AI model providers made available through that infrastructure. Information required for an AI request is processed server-side for the purpose of generating the requested result.

We may also use service providers for essential email delivery, technical infrastructure and other functions necessary to operate the application.

These providers process information only to the extent required for the services they provide and subject to the applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

6. Payments and Paddle

Paid Your Daily Reset subscriptions are processed through Paddle.

Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for these transactions and processes the customer, payment, tax and transaction information required to complete and administer your purchase and subscription.

Your Daily Reset does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

We receive and process only the information required to identify your subscription and manage access to the appropriate plan, such as:

subscription level;
billing period;
subscription status;
relevant start and end dates;
customer, transaction or subscription identifiers required to connect the payment to your account.

Paddle processes payment information under its own applicable privacy terms.

7. Reminders and Push Notifications

If you enable reminders or push notifications, Your Daily Reset processes the information required to deliver them.

This may include:

your selected reminder time;
your timezone;
a registered push endpoint;
technical security keys;
limited device or browser information.

According to the current application design, reminder notifications are generic and do not include the content of your personal reflections.

You can change or disable reminder settings within the application.

8. Technical Data, Local Storage and Security

Your Daily Reset processes limited technical information required to provide, protect and maintain the service.

This may include information relating to:

authentication;
push delivery;
subscription and payment events;
security;
limited browser or device information;
errors and operational performance.

Functional local storage may be used on your device for your authenticated session and limited application settings.

External fonts may be loaded through Google Fonts. When these resources are requested, Google may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser or device information.

According to the current technical configuration, Your Daily Reset does not use Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics or other advertising-tracking technology inside the application itself.

If tracking or advertising technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated where required and consent will be requested where applicable.

9. How We Protect Your Data

Personal account data within Your Daily Reset is technically separated so authenticated users can access data associated with their own account.

Subscription access cannot be granted or changed solely from the user’s device. Paid access is determined server-side using controlled subscription and payment information.

Technical verification mechanisms are used for payment events and other security-sensitive processes.

No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the service and the information processed.

10. How Long We Keep Information

Account information and content are generally retained for as long as your account exists and as necessary to provide the functionality you use.

Certain technical, transaction, administrative or financial information may be retained for longer where required by law, taxation rules, fraud prevention, dispute handling or other legitimate operational requirements.

When you request account deletion, personal data associated with your account will be deleted or anonymised where appropriate, except where information must be retained because of a legal obligation or another valid legal basis.

Deletion of an account may permanently remove access to the entries, history and functionality associated with that account.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights including:

access to your personal data;
correction of inaccurate information;
deletion of personal data;
restriction of processing;
objection to certain processing;
data portability;
withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent;
the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Where functionality is available directly inside Your Daily Reset, you may be able to manage, export or delete information through your account.

12. Children

Your Daily Reset is intended for adults.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account unless we explicitly state otherwise for a particular version of the service.

13. International Processing

Some service providers used to operate Your Daily Reset may process data outside your country of residence.

Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Your Daily Reset continues to develop.

If new functionality, service providers or processing activities materially change how personal data is handled, this Privacy Policy may be updated.

Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before the relevant processing begins.
